Doctor's Visit

I went to the doctor last Wednesday. Life has been good with barely any nausea, and definitely no throwing up, which is my usual trend. I have been having more cravings so far than I ever had with the girls, at least this early on. I never really know what I want, but there is a definite craving of something!
Well, I visited with the nurse lady first about any updates in my family history, which there weren't, just a few things she had to move around from other parts of my chart... like the c-section and D and C with Leah. The paperwork they sent me gave me pricing for a c-section, so I asked her if that meant I had to get one this time around. She told me that's common procedure, and to talk to the doctors. I was told that I was a prime candidate for a VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) because Jacqueline had been successful. All I needed to do was wait a year, which we did, so I should be good. I will talk to Eryn (who delivered both girls and is the doc I see next month) to make sure.
Well, after I talked to the nurse, I had to do the ceremonious peeing in a cup, and then I saw the resident nurse, Brenda. My BP was 91/50, which is lower than I have ever had before, and then it was time for the usual first visit things. Brenda actually did a vaginal ultrasound, which I have never had before, at least this early. With Jac, we only had the 20 week ultrasound. With Leah, I had three. One on my first visit because Lisa knew from feeling that I was further along than 12 weeks - so I had a vaginal ultrasound and found out I was 14. Then I went back two weeks later at 16 weeks (after Aruba) for a full ultrasound and got the due date, and then we got the usual 20 week ultrasound the next month. Then we didn't get to see her again for 21 weeks!
Well, according to when I had my last period, I should have been 8 weeks. With the ultrasound, Brenda was getting 7 weeks 1 day, so that moved my due date from November 3 to November 5 - one day before Leah's.

I'm really hoping we can get this baby to come early, in October because we didn't do a very good job of planning and I don't really want two November babies. I guess we will just wait and see! I'm also trying to convince Casey we should go to NYC in August or September for a getaway and leave the girls at home. I have never been to New York, and really want to go, and what better time than as a post two babies, pre one baby "baby moon"?!!
My next appointment is April 20. We will get to hear the heartbeat!!!!!

And here is a picture of "Cutie" or "Tina" (the two names Jacqueline has given to our sweet precious new baby!)... Cutie is on the far right under the dotted lines. Such a tiny thing, that doesn't even look like a baby yet! :)
